Your kingdom come on earth as in heaven.
The earth is the Lord’s and everything in it.
The world and all who live in it.
The Lord is the King of glory.
This world belongs to God!
From the beginning,
through all the crises of our times,
Until the kingdom fully comes,
This world belongs to God!
God is King: Let the earth be glad!
Christ is victor: his rule has begun!
The Spirit is at work: creation is renewed!

Gospel Reading - Teaching from God
14 Then, midway through the festival, Jesus went up to the Temple and preached openly. 15The Jewish leaders were surprised when they heard him. “How can he know so much when he’s never been to our schools?” they asked.
16So Jesus told them, “I’m not teaching you my own thoughts, but those of God who sent me. 17If any of you really determines to do God’s will, then you will certainly know whether my teaching is from God or is merely my own. 18Anyone presenting his own ideas is looking for praise for himself, but anyone seeking to honor the one who sent him is a good and true person.

The Lord's Prayer
Our Father in heaven,
hallowed be your name,
your kingdom come,
your will be done,
on earth as in heaven.
Give us today our daily bread.
Forgive us our sins
as we forgive those who sin against us.
Save us from the time of trial
and deliver us from evil.
For the kingdom, the power, and the glory are yours
now and for ever.
