MatinsOur Great High Priest
Although a Son, you learned obedience
through what you suffered:
and being made perfect,
you have become the source of eternal salvation
for all who obey you.
This gives us every confidence:
to draw near to the throne of grace.
There we receive mercy:
and find grace to help in time of need.
Amen.
Gospel Reading - A pearl of great value
44"The Kingdom of Heaven is like a treasure a man discovered in a field. In his excitement, he sold everything he owned to get enough money to buy the field - and get the treasure, too!
45"Again, the Kingdom of Heaven is like a pearl merchant on the lookout for choice pearls. 46 He discovered a real bargain - a pearl of great value - and sold everything he owned to purchase it!

The Lord's Prayer
Our Father in heaven,
