Gospel Reflection
Jesus, you are the good shepherd,
you are willing to die for the sheep.
You are the good shepherd;
as the Father knows you and you know the Father,
in the same way you know your sheep,
and your sheep know you;
you are willing to die for us.
Jesus is the good shepherd who understands our frailty,
and knows each one of us by name.
Gospel Reading - One who serves

24 And they began to argue among themselves as to who would have the highest rank in the coming Kingdom.a
25Jesus told them, “In this world the kings and great men order their slaves around, and the slaves have no choice but to like it!b 26 ut among you, the one who serves you best will be your leader. 27Out in the world the master sits at the table and is served by his servants. But not here! For I am your servant.
. . . . .Luke 22:24-27- Implied

The Lord's Prayer
Our Father in heaven,
hallowed be your name,
your kingdom come,
your will be done,
on earth as in heaven.
Give us today our daily bread.
Forgive us our sins
as we forgive those who sin against us.
Save us from the time of trial
and deliver us from evil.
For the kingdom, the power, and the glory are yours
now and for ever.
Amen.
